"Now i did one good review, again shoutout to Kimberly and i gave her a separate post and i did give her a five star because she was amazing , but for this review it will be a one star due to Colleen , Colleen was no help, barely knows what she’s talking about and has a dang attitude, whole time telling me five different things on why the insurance went up but not the true fact… so shout to colleen for being the worse agent at state farm. She also then hung up on me , very unprofessional and childish!! I also seen someone said the same thing, why keep an employee who is like that..?Anyways Kimberly ended up answering the second time when i had call and I am forever grateful for her and that’s why i gave her five stars, on the other hand Colleen needs to learn how to not hang up and talk to customers."

The staff is very unprofessional not to mention Carline she decided to hang up while I was asking her legit questions regarding my policy. My family and I have been with this location for over 25 years and by far never been treated the way we are treated now. I wish I had the opportunity to give this location zero stars because they don’t deserve one star."
